Hotel Villa Varadero in Nuevo Vallarta has two restaurants and a bar from which you can enjoy a delicious buffet-style breakfast, snack and drinks on the beach, plus lunch and dinner with our chef's special touch.

La Mesa del Capitan

Located in our new tower, this restaurant has a fresh and contemporary design with big windows so you can enjoy the view of the pools, beach and our wonderful Banderas Bay.

The restaurant is air-conditioned which creates a pleasant atmosphere for you to enjoy your meals from our buffet or hot grill. Come and enjoy the food at our main restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta.

Breakfast: 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Lunch: 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Dinner: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

La Palapa Drake's

Next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Nuevo Vallarta you will find La Palapa Drake's. Right next to the beach, it is a casual and relaxed restaurant that is close enough so you can feel the sea breeze. While you are having lunch or a snack, enjoy the view of Banderas Bay and the waters of Nuevo Vallarta. This restaurant has a buffet and a hot grill.

Snack: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Drake's Specialty Restaurant

At night La Palapa Drake's is transformed into a reservation-only, fine, specialty restaurant. Here our chef serves the most succulent dishes to our hotel guests who have made a reservation in advance. For special occasions, dinner can be served by candlelight on the beach, which can make your stay even more special.

For our all-inclusive guests, Specialty Restaurant dinner is included with a stay of three nights or more. Reservations are required and restrictions apply.

Bar Drake's

Next to La Palapa Drake's is our outdoor bar called Bar Drake's, which is a favorite spot of our guests. The bar is located among the pools and the beach. From here you can relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the view of the sand and surf of Banderas Bay, admire the sunset while the sea breezes kiss your face, or chat with other guests and the bartender.
