MAXIMUM CAPACITY:

  • Standard room, 4 people.
  • Superior room with ocean view, 4 people.
  • Deluxe room, 5 people.
  • Superior Junior room with ocean view, 5 people.
  • One-bedroom suite, 7 people.

SMOKING:

  • Common areas are “non-smoking”.
  • Rooms are “non-smoking”.



According to articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, we inform you that Hotel Villa Varadero, located at Return Nayarit Lots 83 and 84, Villa 5 Manzana XIII | Nuevo Vallarta, Nay. Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, its use and protection.

GENERAL TERMS:


  • Check-in is at 4:00 pm.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 am.
  • If you arrive early and we have a room ready, we may be able to check you in early.
  • Luggage storage is available at no additional charge.
  • No pets allowed.

PARKING:


Our parking is free and located underground.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:


While rooms will be assigned at the confirmed rate, we cannot guarantee accommodation in a specific room. Management will make every effort to honor your preference, but understand that there may be changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

PAYMENT POLICIES:


All reservations must be paid in advance before the arrival date with a credit card or bank deposit. An identity document or passport must be presented at check-in and must match the reservation name and credit card. If you wish to pay for a room with another person’s credit card, you must have the cardholder complete a credit card authorization form, which you can obtain by calling or emailing the hotel.

TAXES:


Taxes are included in the daily rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY:


Standard cancellation policy:

You can cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date for a refund. If you cancel within 6 days of the arrival date, you will be charged a one-night fee and the rest will be refunded. There are specific dates during the year that may have a different cancellation policy. Check with Reservations before booking for more details.

Non-refundable cancellation policy:

Reservations are fully charged at the time of booking. “Non-refundable” is a discounted rate in exchange for a guarantee of your arrival. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. If you made a non-refundable reservation in error, please contact us within 24 hours of your reservation to change your reservation to the standard rate that allows a 7-day cancellation policy.

ROOM RATES:


Rates vary depending on supply and demand. Click on the rate calendar on the website or call the hotel directly at 52 461 613 30 30 to inquire about rates and availability. All rates are subject to change.

GROUP RATES:


Any request to book more than 12 rooms is considered a group booking request. Call the hotel directly to discuss group booking requests.
