Room Policies

Maximum capacity:
 
  • Standard room, 4 people.
  • Superior Ocean View room, 4 people
  • Deluxe room, 5 people.
  • Superior Junior Ocean View room, 5 people.
  • One-bedroom Suite, 7 people.
Smoking:

  • Common areas are “no smoking”.
  • Rooms are “no smoking”.

De acuerdo a los artículos 15 y 16 de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares ponemos en su conocimiento que el Hotel Villa Varadero, ubicado en Retorno Nayarit Lotes 83 y 84, Villa 5 Manzana XIII | Nuevo Vallarta, Nay. México, es responsable de recoger sus datos personales, del uso que se le dará a los mismos y de su protección.

General terms:

  • Check-in is 4:00 pm.
  • | Check-out is 11:00 am.
  • If you arrive early and we have a room ready, we may be able to check you in early.
  • Luggage storage is available at no extra charge.
  • No pets allowed.

Parking:

Our parking is free of charge and is located underground. 

Room Assignments:

While rooms will be assigned at the confirmed rate, we cannot guarantee accommodation in a specific room. Management will do its best to honor your preference, but please understand there may be changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policies:

All reservations must be prepaid before the arrival date with a credit card or bank deposit. ID or passport must be presented at check-in and must match name on the reservation and credit card.  If you wish to pay for a room with someone else’s credit card, then you must have that cardholder complete a credit card authorization form, which can be obtained by calling or emailing the hotel.

TAX:

Tax is included in daily rates.

Cancellation policy :

Standard Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to be reimbursed. If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, you will be charged a one-night fee and the remainder will be reimbursed. There are specific dates during the year that may carry a different cancellation policy. Verify with Reservations prior to booking for details.

Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. “Non-Refundable” is a discounted rate in exchange for a guarantee of your arrival. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy. If you booked a non-refundable reservation by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of your booking to change your reservation to the standard rate which allows for a 7-day cancellation policy.

Room Rates:

Rates vary due to supply and demand. Click on the website Rate Calendar or call the hotel directly at 52 461 613 30 30 for rates and availability. All rates are subject to change.

Group Rates:

Any request to book more than 12 rooms is considered a group reservation request. Please call the hotel directly to discuss group reservation requests.
